2. State Exam. NO state exam required.
3. Application: submit your license application electronically, and pay all required nonrefundable fee ($50) with a credit card. Apply online by using Sircon (https://www.sircon.com/products/apply.jsp).

4. Fingerprints. The Insurance Department requires all individuals applying for a resident insurance license to be fingerprinted. Fingerprinting is also done at Prometric’s testing sites.
5. Maintain your license by completing 10 hours of continuing education biennially.
